DESIGNER TIP #1: MIX AND MATCH

Mixing collections and styles and designs is TOTALLY cool. Get your room sketch out and the colors picked, then find for items that speak to you. Modern is a vast design segment and there are many flavors, don’t be afraid to try a few (or all of them). Ventianni and New York styles are different but dressed in the same finishes, they look like they were made for each-other.

DESIGNER TIP #2: TEXTURE AND ACCENT

When using soft or neutral tones for furniture subjects, try to add a bold accent wall, sparkly handles and a focus point for the room. Layer the style with textural elements like fabrics or wall coverings in complementing tones. Molly has a whole wall of roses, textural wall paper, artisan drawer fronts on the furniture we think it looks pretty awesome.
