100% Solid Wood. Mostly Beech and some White Oak both are hardwoods and amazingly strong.
You'll throw away the stroller and car seat before your baby's 1st day at school but you need a place for them to sleep. Simple answer 18+ years.
Unlike mass produced furniture, we apply stain then smoothen out (sand down) 3 times before clear sealant. No chemicals needed to increase finish strength.
Simple answer is No. There is a CPSC standard for the inside of a crib so all are generally similar in size. The difference is made in the design and how solid the build is.

I am an environmental engineer, and after extensive research into available nursery furniture brands and collections, I was pleased to find Romina as the most well-made, safe, and eco-conscious furniture line of those I encountered (which were many).
